G R Griffiths Builders can help make the most of your loft space and with our tailored start to finish service you won’t be disappointed. I will personally come to your property to assess its suitability for conversion and discuss your requirements.
Our architects can, if required, then produce all drawings and plans including engineering calculations, necessary to obtain planning permission, building warrant and any other local authority approvals.

Gary Griffiths will visit you and have a chat about your ideas and offer you years of experience advice on the reality of these plans. You would be issued shortly afterwards with materials required and an overall quotation for the project. All projects are agreed and provided in writing between two parties. This provides peace of mind that you are within your budget(if any extra work is required, this would be explained before any work was carried out) You would also be provided with a realistic time frame for completion of the building project, this means that there will be minimal disruption to your normal routine.
